She’s Ayesha Iftikhar, The Photographer”I love hearing that! these five words gives me energy and raises my morale!
During my fashion graduation back in 2007-2011, I was simultaneously pursuing my passion and learning the art of photography through experimentation. I was mostly seen with a camera during my time in university. Its been -almost 7 years that photography is a big part of my life professionally.
I still remember holding my first Yashica mini camera and roaming around with it, taking photos of whatever or whoever I found. I used to spend all my pocket money on buying “Reels” and developing photographs. There was always a photographer inside me, I just knew it!
the evolution of cameras began and I finally got my first digital cam when I was in my late teens. and then all i did was to click! I believe the passion makes you do crazy things!
The beginnings are always scary and difficult! I remember when I was covering my first event professionally, The moment I entered the wedding hall, my hands were frozen and all my confidence was shattered! Everyone looking at me, judging what a girl is doing holding a professional camera! (Talking about the days when DSLR was still a rare thing and was used only by professionals). I felt LOST! But I knew this profession is going to take a lot more than what I had expected.

Meet- Khurram Shahzad – Brand owner of Besteiro & Mangal at The Shahroz Janjua Show - Season 2.

Khurram’s journey of being an owner of his own Brand and restaurants has been anything but straight- instead it’s been all ups and downs. While studying, he started working at the same time, for he always had it at the back of his mind to prove something for himself. He had always wanted to be a self-made man.

One of his first job was as a crew member at Pizza Hut in 2000. This opportunity came about when he was working at Pace, where one of his friends suggested he should try his luck at the walk-in interview at the eatery. Little did Khurram Shahzad know, this was the beginning of his career in the culinary industry.

After working at Pizza Hut for a year, Khurram flew to Dubai and landed a job with the same company in UAE. After working in UAE for some time, his family called him back to Pakistan and he rejoined Pizza Hut in Lahore. Khurram mentioned that the company gave him a lot (in different capacities, in three roles) and also taught him the ins and outs of the food business.

In his career, Khurram has had the privilege of working with big brands like Gourmet, Bareeze, Makro and HKB (Haji Karim Buksh). Different industries meant different work cultures and different management styles – and all this added to his extensive knowledge base and He kept shining.

The successful opening of two outlets of Besteiro Portuguese Chicken & Mangal in Lahore. There are amazing plans to open the next outlet in the heart of Lahore and more news will follow soon.

Meet Hadia Aslam, exclusive at The Shahroz Janjua Show - Season 2.
I am a UK trained Medical doctor, I specialized in General practice and Minor surgery as well as aesthetics medicine. I have significant experience in setting up health care systems in low resource settings, particularly in refugee camps in Europe and the Middle East.
I am the founder and former director of Health Point Foundation, currently the only NGO focusing on dental care provision in refugee camps in Northern Greece. I started, developed and maintained the very first 24 hour medical field clinic in Lesvos Greece from November 2015 till April 2016.
I offer remote consultation advice to multiple NGOs and grassroots organisations in various sectors.
Last year I lead on the development, structural progress, and implementation of a new healthcare system for Sawa for Development and Aid covering around 70,000 refugees as well as the local under privileged Lebanese population in Beqaa, Lebanon.
I consult for USA based companies and NGOs in the refugee relief sector.
I am a trainer for volunteers and NGOs.
I work closely with projects to empower women and teenagers from under privileged backgrounds in the UK and worldwide

Meet Waqas Ahmed of Pace2Life Welfare Foundation Exclusive at The Shahroz Janjua Show - Season 2.

When I was nine months old, I got attacked by typhoid which caused disability problem; this problem was not identified till the age of three when I started to walk. I got treatment of my disability problem from all over Pakistan. At the age of five, it was diagnosed as CP (Cerebral Palsy), Commonly CP disease becomes severe with age, but in my case I improved
with age. Despite my disability, I was a very naughty kid.
The main purpose of Pace2Life Welfare Foundation is to make Disable
Persons a useful part of society by providing them Health, Education, Career Guidance & Support.
Besides working for the welfare of Disable Persons, Pace2Life Welfare Foundation arranges Free Medical Camps, provides Natural Disaster Relief and also strives to create Awareness regarding Disability Rights as well as on different
Environmental& Social Issues.
