Unwrapping a classic! 🌿✨ There’s nothing quite like authentic Grasmere Gingerbread straight from the Lake District—that unique, crumbly texture sits right in between a crisp biscuit and a soft cake.
Since the original 1854 recipe is kept top-secret, I’ve taken on the challenge to recreate it right in my own kitchen!
