To our valued customers,

We sincerely apologize to everyone who noticed changes in the taste and quality of some of our drinks.

After reviewing our operations, we discovered that a member of our team was not consistently following our preparation standards, and unfortunately, we were unable to identify the issue immediately.

As business owners, this is heartbreaking for us. We built Lashie Cups with the goal of serving quality drinks and creating a place our customers can trust. While the mistake was made by an employee, we take full responsibility for not catching the issue sooner.

We have already taken corrective action and retrained our team to ensure that every drink served meets the standards you deserve.

To everyone who continuously support us, thank you for your patience, understanding, and honest feedback. Your trust means everything to us.

We hear you. We appreciate you. And we are committed to being better every single day.

With gratitude, 🤍
Lashie Cups

🐾 𝑨 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝑺𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 🐾

We found a weak stray cat suffering from a severely swollen testicle and in obvious pain. We couldn’t bear to leave him that way.

Through the generosity of our customers who donated to the 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐩𝐬 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐱, along with additional support from the owners of Lashie Cups, we were able to provide him with the veterinary care and surgery he urgently needed.

Today, we’re happy to share that his operation was successful. He has been neutered, vaccinated against rabies, and is now safe, healthy, and receiving the love and care he deserves. 💛

What was once a cat struggling to survive now has a second chance at life. Thank you to everyone who donated and supported this rescue. Your kindness helped turn pain into hope and gave this little soul a brighter future. 🐱✨

Every donation, no matter how small, truly makes a difference.

🐾💛
