ARIZELLA COFFEE & PASTA
LOYALTY CARD PROGRAM
“Sip More. Indulge More.”
Promo period: April 13 to April 30, 2026
I. PROGRAM MECHANICS
1. Customers will receive one (1) authorized staff signature for every purchase of one (1) regular-priced beverage.
2. Accumulated signatures entitle the customer to:
o 5 Signatures → 50% OFF on one (1) Fruity Milk (any flavor)
o 10 Signatures → One (1) FREE Fruity Milk (any flavor)
3. Rewards apply to Fruity Milk beverages only.
4. The loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a signature.
5. Signatures cannot be issued retroactively for past purchases.
II. ELIGIBILITY FOR SIGNATURE VALIDATION
Signatures are given only when:
• Beverage is purchased at regular selling price (SRP).
• Transaction is not under promotional or discounted pricing.
• Payment is fully completed.
The following transactions are NOT eligible:
• Buy 1 Take 1 promos
• Bundle offers
• Discounted items
• Complimentary drinks
• Loyalty reward redemptions
III. REWARD REDEMPTION RULES
A. 50% Discount (5th Signature)
1. Valid for one (1) regular Fruity Milk (any flavor).
2. Not applicable to Coffee, Matcha, Fruit Soda, Pasta, or other items.
3. Cannot be combined with other promos or discounts.
4. Size upgrades or add-ons are chargeable.
B. Free Drink (10th Signature)
1. Valid for one (1) regular-sized Fruity Milk (any flavor).
2. No cash conversion or substitution.
3. Add-ons and upgrades are chargeable.
4. Not valid with Buy 1 Take 1 or other promotional offers.
5. Loyalty card must be surrendered upon redemption of the free drink.
IV. VALIDITY
1. Loyalty card is valid from April 13 to April 30.
2. Expired cards will not be honored.
3. Lost, damaged, altered, or tampered cards will not be replaced.
4. Only authorized Arizella staff may sign the card.
V. SIGNATURE CONTROL POLICY (Very Important Since No Stamp)
To prevent misuse:
1. Each branch must assign authorized signatories only.
2. Signature must include:
o Staff initials
o Date of transaction
3. No pre-signing of blank cards.
4. No multiple signatures without actual purchase.
5. Supervisors must validate completed cards before reward approval.
6. Redeemed cards must be collected and attached to Daily Sales Report.
VI. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
1. The loyalty card is non-transferable.
2. Only one card may be used per transaction.
3. Signatures from different cards cannot be combined.
VII. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
Arizella Coffee & Pasta reserves the right to:
• Amend the program mechanics without prior notice.
• Refuse redemption in case of suspected fraud.
• Suspend or terminate the program when necessary.
