Back in 2009 when I started to push through my love for cooking and took up culinary at Asian Institue of Culinary Arts. Growing up as a child, I watched my mama cooks delicious foods which produce are mostly from our backyard garden. She made her own dishes with influence of Ilocano and Ilonggo cuisines. Everyday watching her cook and taste her wonderful dishes developed more my love for food and cooking. Life May drew me to different directions over the years but cooking good food has always been my constant. This year I am not just going to serve for my friends and family, my kitchen is now open to serve yours as well! I can’t wait to share another part of what makes life good- savoring tasty dishes.
