Bakit ang hirap n'yong i-gets... pero kapag nakilala na, ayaw nang palitan? 😄

Si pinya, medyo matrabaho balatan pero sulit sa tamis at hitik sa Vitamin C na pampalakas ng resistensya.
Si avocado, hindi laging first choice, pero punong-puno ng healthy fats na mabuti para sa puso at utak.

Parang sa buhay—huwag lang sa porma tumingin. Minsan, ang tunay na "healthy choice" ay 'yung galing sa sariling ani at kalikasan.
