Maybe for someone like Tagpuan Café,
who has already built a name in our local coffee scene,
or local favorites like Fika, Caffeol, Medyo, Dale's, or Vera's Café,
(and we say this with immense respect for the roads they have paved and the dreams they have inspired in those who came after),
