‼️GOURMET TINAPANG GALUNGGONG SA GARAPON BY KAWA- RECIPE PULUTAN OR ULAM HACK OF THE DAY!- GOURMET TINAPANG GALUNGGONG LUMPIA
🔴INGREDIENTS:
✅ 1 bottle Gourmet Tinapang Galunggong by Kawa. Flake or shred the gourmet tinapa
✅Aromatics: 1/2 cup onions (minced), 3/4 cup carrots (minced), 2 tbsp garlic (minced), 1/4 cup spring onions.
✅Binding/Filler: 1 large egg, 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional, for creamier filling), or salted eggs.
✅Wrappers: 25 pcs. spring roll wrappers.
✅Seasoning: 1/2 tsp pepper, salt or 1/2 pack Umami seasoning.
✅Others: Oil for frying, water (for sealing)
🔴INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Prepare Filling: Combine flaked tinapa, carrots, onions, garlic, spring onions, egg, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix well.
2️⃣Wrap: Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture near one corner of a wrapper. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
3️⃣Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy.
4️⃣Drain & Serve: Remove excess oil using a colander or paper towel. Serve warm with dip.
