Para maintindihan mo lang yung pressure
na madalas hindi nakikita ng employees.

Kapag empleyado ka,
usually isang role lang iniisip mo.

Kapag owner ka,
sabay sabay.

Payroll.
Rent.
Taxes.
Operations.

Marketing.
Problems ng team.
Problems ng clients.

Cash flow.

At minsan,
kahit malaki tignan yung pumapasok na pera,
konti lang talaga natitira.

Ito yung hindi ko agad naintindihan noon.

Akala ko dati,
kapag lumaki revenue,
automatic gumagaan buhay ng owner.

Pero may seasons sa business
na mas lumaki yung income,

mas lumaki rin yung pressure.

Mas maraming taong umaasa.
Mas maraming pwedeng masira.
Mas maraming risk.

Kaya minsan,
yung owner na tingin mong “kuripot”

baka cautious lang talaga.

Kasi alam niya gaano
kabilis mawala ang pera

kapag mali decisions.

Hindi rin ibig sabihin nito
lahat ng boss tama.

May mga business owners talagang unfair.

Pero may mga pagkakataon din
na kulang lang tayo sa understanding

sa weight na dala ng negosyo.

At ito yung narealize
ko habang tumatagal:

Money looks simple from the outside.

Pero ibang level yung stress
kapag ikaw na yung responsible

sa kabuhayan ng maraming tao.

Doon mo maiintindihan
bakit may mga owner

na sobrang careful gumastos.
