Gave my new set up a try since i brought my smoker inside. Made some pork belly and the result came out pretty good. 👍🏼 Pork belly came out really well it had a nice smoke to it, juicy, packed with flavor and just straight up delicious! Perfect for summer outings or weekend cravings. 😎

Here’s a quick throwback to the last holiday—our Smoked Beef Shortplate BBQ was the star of the feast! Smoked low and slow for 12-14 hours (honestly, we lost track 😅), it came out so juicy and tender that we didn’t even get a chance to take proper photos before it was devoured!
