✔ Oversee daily HR operations and supervise HR team members
✔ Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
✔ Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and performance management
✔ Support management in developing HR strategies and HR programs
