• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, welcoming, and positive vibes
• Loves interacting with and serving customers
• Masipag, responsible, and may strong work ethic

• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and a team player

☕ Barista experience is a plus, but what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn!

We know how much you love the Upper Deck at BLC Estancia. 🥹✨ Whether it’s for coffee, kwentuhan, studying, dates, or simply enjoying your little escape — we’re happy that it has become one of your favorite spots. 🫶

To make sure more Beanies get to enjoy the space, we’ll be observing a simple seating policy during peak hours, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.

☕ DURING PEAK HOURS | 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

When the Upper Deck is full and other guests are waiting:

• A 1.5-hour sitting period may be observed.
• If you’re a group of only 2–3 people occupying a larger table, our team may kindly ask if you’re willing to transfer to a smaller table so we can accommodate bigger groups.
• You may also choose to continue enjoying your meal or coffee at our ground floor, where you’re more than welcome to stay and relax. 🤎

🌿 OUTSIDE PEAK HOURS

Take your time! Enjoy your coffee, study, work, kwentuhan, or tambay at your own pace — as long as the space isn’t needed by other waiting guests.

If our BLC team approaches you, please know that we’re not asking you to leave. We’re simply trying to manage the space fairly and give other Beanies a chance to enjoy the Upper Deck too. 🥹🫶

A little consideration goes a long way. Let’s share the space and keep BLC Estancia cozy for everyone. 🤎
