Long before the curing room, recipes, and handcrafted delicacies, there was a simple belief that good food begins with honest ingredients.

This is Dulce Vera — our raw multi-floral honey, harvested with care and now part of the story behind Cottonwood Delicatessen.

We’ve been quiet for a while.

Life has a way of teaching us lessons through both good seasons and difficult ones. Like many small businesses, we’ve had our share of challenges, pauses, and moments that called for reflection.

Through it all, one thing never changed: our love for honest craftsmanship, good food, and the people who have supported us through the years.

So today, we simply want to say thank you.

Thank you for staying.

Thank you for remembering us.

And thank you for being here as we begin this next chapter.
