⚠️ KAWA HOT BATH — SAFETY NOTICE

Due to extreme heat and high heat index, we recommend enjoying the kawa bath without added heat or fire for your safety.

🌡️ PLEASE READ — FOR YOUR SAFETY:

- 🕒 AVOID 11 AM – 4 PM — Too hot! Risk of fainting, dizziness & severe dehydration

- 🩸 HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE? — NOT RECOMMENDED during hot hours. Heat causes sudden blood pressure drop → fainting risk

- ✅ BEST TIME: Before 10 AM or after 4 PM — cooler & safer

- ✅ LIMIT: 10–15 minutes only | ✅ DRINK WATER before & after

- ✅ STAND UP SLOWLY — sudden changes can cause dizziness

- ✅ NO ALCOHOL before or during — increases fainting risk
