From my kitchen to yours, with so much pride and gratitude.
I am Gerald Basilio, an Italian-trained Chef and a proud Tarlaqueño. For years, my dream has been to bring together my two worlds — the authentic, soulful flavors of Italy where I honed my craft, and the rich, comforting flavors of Tarlac where I come from.
And now, that dream comes to Clark!
