Earlier today, a man was seen observing our store and asking around what time the owner would arrive. After gathering information, he approached our staff pretending to collect rental fees.

⚠️ This person is NOT authorized and has no connection to our landlord or management. This is a clear attempt at fraud.

Please stay vigilant and brief your staff not to hand over any payments or sensitive information unless you’ve verified the person’s identity directly with the owner or official contact.
