As we continue building a cozy little space where happy stories unfold, we'd like to share our updated opening schedule.

To balance our work, family, and the café we lovingly created, Hibi Historia will now be operating on a flexible schedule.

🗓️ Our New Schedule:

🍃 Saturday & Sunday— 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
🌼 Selected Mondays— Open on announced dates (watch our page for updates!)
😴 Tuesday & Wednesday— Closed for rest and preparation
🌙 Thursday & Friday— 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

This schedule allows us to continue serving you with the same warmth, quality, and love that make Hibi Historia feel like home.

Every beautiful story deserves a new setting. On May 2, we are packing up our whisks, our matcha, and our favorite slow-afternoon vibes to bring the Hibi Historia experience to you.

But that’s not the only surprise... we are officially debuting our New Katsu Burger! 🍔
