tested tons of buns during our r&d phase (caroline's, local bakeries, palengke buns). after all the trial and error, we stuck with caroline's cause their buns just hit different with our patties.. even used them in santiago.

today, the owner ordered from us. small win, but it means a lot 🙇🏻‍♀️🤎
