Waihi School would like to introduce you to our new Kitchen Manager, Marcos.
Marcos comes to us with over 7 years of experience in the kitchen. He and his wife came from Brazil to Timaru 7 and a half years ago with their 2 children.

If you haven't heard about Marcos' cooking yet you will be happy to know his dishes are being well received. Last night was a French dish which Marcos explained is Chicken with an orange gravy, and it went down a treat!

I asked Marcos what he orders when he goes out for dinner and he quickly responded Brazilian BBQ. Don’t worry I have already asked if this is a possibility for the Father's Dinner.
