If enthusiasm came with four legs and a wagging tail, it would be Daisy! This happy-go-lucky girl has grown up in a family home and approaches life at full speed, whether she’s chasing a toy, making new friends, or investigating where the snacks are hidden.

Like any classic Labrador, Daisy is highly food motivated, which will make training both rewarding and entertaining. She’s still looking for a family willing to invest time in her basic training and help her channel all that excitement into being the very best girl she can be. A little patience will go a long way with this lovable whirlwind.

Daisy would be best suited to a home without young children, as her bouncy nature can sometimes get the better of her. She hasn’t been cat tested.

Together with the Rotorua Pound , we’re hosting an adoption day featuring three wonderful dogs looking for their forever homes. The Rotorua Pound team will be on site to answer questions and help guide you through the adoption process.

**Daisy** | Black Labrador | Nearly 3 Years Old
A happy-go-lucky Labrador who approaches life at full speed. Daisy loves people, snacks and adventure, and is looking for a family willing to continue her training and help channel her enthusiasm. Best suited to a home without young children.

**Kahu** | Shepherd Cross | 1 Year Old
A gentle young dog with a sensitive soul and a heart of gold. While he can be shy at first, his playful side quickly shines through thanks to his incredible toy drive. Kahu is looking for an experienced home without cats or small children.

**Gossip** | Greyhound Cross | Approximately 3 Years Old
Affectionate, chatty and full of character, Gossip loves being the centre of attention. Whether she’s curled up on the couch for cuddles or lounging upside down with all four legs in the air, she’s happiest close to her people.

Please keep all dogs on a lead at all times.

Part of our Eastwood dog walking series, the Hannahs Bay Reserve Loop Track, located off Willow Ave near Rotorua Airport, is a lovely mostly flat walk that follows the shores of Lake Rotorua before winding inland through beautifully restored wetlands and open natural landscapes. Dogs must be kept on leash throughout the reserve to help protect the restored wetlands and native birdlife that nest throughout the area.
