It's Springtime and wedding season is definitely here....

I couldn't have started with one any more 'me'. This semi-naked beauty is a strawberry ripple cake, with strawberry puree swirled through layers of vanillay glory. Fresh fruit, choccy and edible glitter to finish... oh yeah.

Sweet 16! This choccy fudge cake has added choc chips for an extra chocolatey hit in every bite, plus dark choc ganache butter icing and chocolate shavings inside. Oh yeah what about those stripes. Who says sweet 16 is all pink bows and glitter??!! What a birthday statement 😀 Happy birthday Jenn.

How much white chocolate is in the dark and white chocolate brownies?? A whole darn 250g block of Whittakers white choc, that's how much 😋 My chocolate brownies are so packed full of filling it's ridiculous. These are definitely for sharing.

Last weekend I made the biggest cake I've ever baked. She was just over a metre long and weighed in at 20kg!! I own 2 8" square cake tins and baked 18 layers!!! I had cramp in my wrist from all the piping, and I pulled a muscle in my shoulder shifting the thing out the car... but was it worth it? Heck yeah. Look at this gal. She's a stunner!
