These 3 simple tips will instantly level up your coffee game.

1️⃣ Use fresh coffee beans
Fresh is best. Skip the supermarket coffee that’s been sitting on shelves for months and start buying freshly roasted beans.

2️⃣ Weigh your coffee properly
Stop guessing your dose and making a mess everywhere. Grab a set of kitchen scales and weigh your coffee for consistency every time.

3️⃣ Time your espresso extraction
A good espresso shot should pour in around 25–30 seconds. Too fast or too slow? Adjust your grinder accordingly.

I like to get in early and get all the roasting done before opening the shop on a Saturday. ☕️

I get in weighing out green beans I’m roasting for the day, checking profiles, packing beans, then opening the doors and doing it all over again next week.

I open at 8:30am every Saturday. Come down for a brew and a yarn!
