Sanjam has been a deeply cherished part of our family right from the start, spending the last 6 years growing alongside us, beginning at Amore and now proudly leading the kitchen as our Head Chef here at The Sparrow.

After completing his culinary studies at Ara, he turned a lifelong passion into crafting incredible multicuisine dishes that hit the spot every single time. His favourite gift? When a happy guest pops by the kitchen just to say "thank you" for a great meal. ❤️
