I've managed to hijack The Offering page for one post, and one post only...

Today is all about celebrating someone who rarely seeks the spotlight but deserves every bit of it.

Happy Birthday, Mrs O! ❤️

People see the coffee, the food, the smiles, and the busy café. What they don't always see is the incredible woman working tirelessly behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly. Your passion, commitment, quiet leadership and keeping me under control are the reason so much of what we do is possible.

But this year, more than anything else, I want to acknowledge the strength you've shown.

The resilience you've demonstrated over the past 12 months has been nothing short of extraordinary. Life has asked more of you than it ever should have, yet somehow you've continued to face every challenge with courage, determination and grace. Even on the hardest days, you've continued to show up for our family, our team and our community. Watching you navigate everything with such strength has been one of the most inspiring things I've ever witnessed.

Thank you for believing in every crazy idea I've ever come up with (and there have been a few! 😂). Somehow you have this incredible ability to take my wild thoughts, keep me grounded, ask the questions I don't always want to answer, and help turn those ideas into something real.

But more than our business, more than our achievements, I'm simply grateful for you.

You're my best friend, my greatest supporter, my voice of reason, and the person I want beside me through every challenge and every celebration. You are an incredible mum to our boys, and the way you constantly put others before yourself never ceases to amaze me. Your heart is bigger than you'll ever give yourself credit for, and everyone who knows you is better because you're in their lives.

The Offering wouldn't be what it is without you.

Our family wouldn't be what it is without you.

I wouldn't be who I am without you.

So today, I hope you take a moment to celebrate yourself, because you deserve it more than anyone. I hope you realise just how deeply loved, appreciated and admired you are—not just by me, but by everyone fortunate enough to know you.

Thank you for being my rock, my biggest supporter, my best friend, and my reason why.

I love you more than words could ever say.

That’s a wrap on the Festival of Christmas 2026! 🎄

A huge thanks to everyone who visited us over the past month. Whether that was for a workshop, comedy show, fundraiser, or just because you love us! It was so much fun, exhausting, but fun!!! 😜🎄

It was so good to see happy faces enjoying the midwinter Christmas atmosphere! The littlies loved Mrs O’s giant farm animals! 🐮 🐴 🐶

Thanks also to Mrs Blackwell for creating a lovely “Cookie Shack” showcasing our New York cookies to the Truckstop patrons. 🍪

We have our ticketed Life Flight Quiz tonight, but we’ll be open tomorrow night to celebrate Greytown putting on a festive month for you all to enjoy! And yes, there’s fireworks!!! 🧨
