Cake of the Week🍰

This week’s cake is a little extra special, a two tier Black Forest cake made for Daddy’s birthday! 🍒🍫

My little helper joined me to get everything ready, and I think she had just as much fun with the chocolate as I did.

Soft chocolate sponge, chocolate mousse and cherries come together in this classic Black Forest flavour. And of course, making Daddy’s birthday cake together made it even more special. 💕

School holiday, day 3!
Is everyone starting to feel the holiday vibes at home?

We’ve been having lots of little adventures together — playing, chatting, eating snacks (lots of snacks 😂) and just enjoying having more time to hang out.

It’s amazing how the simplest little things can keep the kids happy!
How are you spending your school holidays so far?
Why don't get yourself a small cake to add a sweetness to your life 💕

Let’s start the school holiday with something cute!

No more early mornings, no school runs, and hopefully a little more time for sleeping in, playing, exploring and enjoying some sweet treats! 💕

Hope all the little ones have a wonderful school holiday, and that we get to enjoy a few slow and happy days together. 🥰

This two tiers cake definitely going to bring lots of joy to the birthday girl❤️

Cake of the week: strawberry and cream cake🍰🍰🍰

This week's pick goes to the classic Japanese strawberry short cake
Made with our signature sponge cake, layered in fresh strawberries (strawberry are in season now 🎉🎉🎉), and finally covered in vanilla whipped cream.
It's a simple but classic flavour that everyone loves!
And also my flavour out of all❤️

If you haven't see how soft and fluffy our sponge cake is, you've got to checkout from my sponge cake intro video✨

There's also a reduced sugar and cream version for the toddler's aswell☺️

We went to the night market tonight!
It’s not often we get an event this lively in Blenheim, so it was lovely to see the place so full of energy.

There were food stalls from all different countries, live performances, and so much to see!
My little one got to watch the lion dance, join in some Zumba, and we even hopped on a tractor trailer ride. 🚜💃🦁

It was such a fun little family night out!
Have a lovely weekend everyone ❤️
Happy Moon Festival! 🌕✨🏮✨

A little bit of art for your next celebration 🌸

There’s something about adding hand-piped buttercream flowers to a cake that makes it feel just a little more special.

Soft colours, delicate petals and little details come together to create a cake that’s beautiful enough to catch your eye, but still made to be enjoyed and shared.

Every flower is piped by hand, so each cake has its own little personality.

Planning a birthday, anniversary, family gathering, or simply something worth celebrating? 🍰✨
