I’ve shared a lot of the good moments lately. The busy nights, the lines, breaking records and watching this little business slowly grow.

But I also want to show you the reality of running a small business.

Sometimes you can feel like everything is finally coming together, and then suddenly have a weekend that makes you question everything.

This weekend was one of those.

I don’t know if it was the weather, the hype slowing down, or just one of those weekends. But I’d be lying if I said it didn’t get to me.

I started sharing this journey because I wanted to show the whole story, not just the parts that make it look successful.

So I’ll share the downs too.

Thank you to everyone who has been following, supporting, eating our food and watching this journey unfold. It genuinely means a lot.

The Utah guy came back this weekend… and this time he brought his uncle and cousin along.

They flew over from Utah and stopped by to try our cheesesteaks for themselves.
