Illy becomes CAFE 4410 Lukla
Twenty five years ago Dawa and Ang Chhokpa Sherpa along with their son Ang Tshering, daughters Kami Diki and Ang Jangmu had the foresight to start a quality cafe in Lukla. Excellent coffee, delicious cakes and a warm welcome. The name chosen back then was Illy, an Italian coffee brand.
With Khumbu now growing excellent coffee we feel it is time for a name change! Remaining a family business (with one sister in Dingboche and one in Lukla) we are now CAFE 4410 Lukla.
