Hi friends and happy weekend to everyone! 👋

Tomorrow between 12:00-16:00, Beta Hummus is open at Taste!

We have a very special event tomorrow!
Why special?
Because besides our warm, fresh hummus, our homemade pitas, and a brand new kids' meal debuting this week - we are hosting Roni from "Ronncherie"! She is a passionate baker whose desserts are incredible, and tomorrow you can enjoy them on-site or take some home for the weekend. 🍰

For all the new friends who joined us recently, here is a bit about our concept: Almost every Saturday, we open our doors. This is a place for great food, wonderful neighbors, and that cozy feeling of home away from home. ✨

Every week we have our permanent star - our fresh hummus, made from scratch on-site. When you order it, it's an all-you-can-eat concept for the hummus, pitas, and toppings. Eat as much as you like! 🍲
Besides the hummus, we always introduce a special surprise dish that changes weekly - we call it the Beta Version. It's our favorite part of the week! 🥰

We also have our Hummus Library 📚 - a book-sharing corner where you can bring books you’ve finished and take new ones home. It’s completely free, and it keeps the stories moving!

But most importantly - it's a place to be together, connect, and enjoy good company. We truly believe that happiness is simple when people gather and meet. ❤️

Some pictures don't need any caption, but we just can't help ourselves... 😉

This plate right here is the heart and soul of what we do every week: fresh, warm hummus, homemade slow-cooked Matbucha, spicy green sauce, Amba, and our absolute pride and joy in the background – our brand new homemade Pita bread! 🫓 It’s soft, fluffy, handmade, and baked fresh on-site.

Tomorrow (Saturday), between 12:00-16:00, we are open at our usual spot at Taste, Delft.

Alongside this perfect plate, we’ll have ice-cold Limonana, fresh Tabbouleh salad, warm Knafeh for dessert, and our cozy winter coconut Sachlav.

​מחר (שבת) אנחנו פתוחים ב-Taste בין השעות 12:00-16:00 לחגיגת שבועות משפחתית וכיפית, ויש לנו כמה בשורות סופר מרגשות בשבילכם! 🎉
​הבשורה הכי גדולה של השבוע היא שאחרי המון עבודה, ניסיונות, אפייה ואימונים – מחר אנחנו משיקים רשמית את פיתת עבודת היด שלנו! 🫓 פיתה רכה, פלאפית וחמה שאנחנו אופים ממש במקום. אתם הולכים לאהוב את זה ברמות, ואין לנו ספק שזה לוקח את ניגוב החומוס לרמה אחרת לגמרי.
​חוץ מהפיתות החדשות, לכבוד החג הכנו לכם ספיישלים חגיגיים: לבנה משובחת עם זעתר ושמן זית, סלט החיטה המיוחד של יערה לשבועות (שהולך פשוט מושלם ליד המנה), ולקינוח – עוגת גבינה מפנקת עם סירופ פירות יער חגיגי! 🍰🍲🥗 וכמובן, החומוס החם והטרי שלנו יחכה לכם כמו תמיד, לצד לימונענע קרה עם המון קרח (כי מחר הולך להיות יום שטוף שמש ומקסים בדלפט ☀️🧊).
