Unfortunately, compared to other Italian regions, Sardinia at the gastronomic level is barely known. Our goal is therefore to promote the gastronomic tradition of Sardinia trying to ensure as much as possible the authenticity of the products offered.

Today we're cooking outside our kitchen.

Pasta Paradijs is joining the official celebration of Festa della Repubblica Italiana — hosted by the Italian Embassy in the Netherlands, with the food part curated in collaboration with the Federazione Italiana Cuochi, Associazione Estera Paesi Bassi.

80 years of the Italian Republic. We'll be there with our pots. 🇮🇹
