Saying that this week was challenging is an understatement! A birthday cake for 10, a birthday Lemon tart for 24, and today we are delivering 70 individual mango-passion-coco hearts for Michelle Fleming 's rehearsal dinner tonight.
It was intense and it won't be over until those hearts are on the plates. Cause you know... the biggest challenge is always the delivery
