Donna is known for her refined, intentional approach to movement. She has built a loyal community through her ability to create experiences that are both physically transformative and deeply grounding. From August 5–9, 2026, Donna will be leading an intimate group at our Laguna de Apoyo property — a setting designed for connection, reset, and full immersion in nature.

We’re opening Spring + Fall retreat experiences, aligned with the energy of the full moon — created for women ready to slow down, soften, and come home to themselves.

Expect gentle movement, spiritual connection, ceremony, sisterhood, healing waters, and spacious time to simply be.

Early Bird: $1,250 USD
Regular: $1,350 USD
