Do you know that good posture is as important as your exercise and the food you eat, how you sit, stand and walk goes a long way in affecting your overall well being. Maybe you have not been paying attention to your posture in the past, the good news is that, it is not too late and now is the best time to start. Being self conscious is the first step, having a friend, family or spouse take a picture (side and front) of you or assess you in the various positions and having a professional examine you is another means by which you can determine if there is a postural problem. I will encourage you to go through images that describe what a good and a bad posture is, that way you can can a mental picture of what the normal is and this will in turn help in the first stage of being self concious. Go through the earlier post for images of proper posture in sitting, lying and standing. Thank you as you take this first step towards protecting yourself and your spine.

Leaning is one thing I tell you, working on what you've learnt is another, I see the need as a chemist to help save this generation due to the current situation .The alarming Codvid-19 , a pandemic disease COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It's caused by a virus called coronavirus.

Do's
wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds

always wash your hands when you get home or into work

use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
Preferably, go around with Sanitizers it's pocketable

cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze

put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards

avoid close contact with people who have symptoms of coronavirus

only travel on public transport if you need to

Drug Metabolism
It is advisable to take drug using ordinary water and not warm water, Why? This is because the warm water has a higher temperature than the normal or ordinary water which thus affect the constituent of the drug.
It is also not advisable to take drugs using any other solvents e.g Cabonated drinks, beer etc. Because using ordinary water transport the drug from the Alimentary canal to the liver where deamination occurs the drug breaks and mixes with the blood and it moves to it's different site where needed while using other solvent such as Cabonated drinks, beer etc increases viscosity which delays the drug from fast deamination and reduces the time of drug interaction (Ikpekhai.,2018).
