As a corps member serving in Sapele, Delta State, balancing the responsibilities of teaching and running a small business has been both challenging and rewarding.

Every day, I step into the classroom with the goal of impacting young minds, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the growth of my students. Teaching has taught me patience, dedication, and the importance of making a positive difference wherever I find myself.

3 Reasons Why Your Chin Chin Doesn't Come Out Nice
1. No Proper Measurements:Baking and snack-making require precision. When ingredients are not measured correctly, the texture and taste of your chin chin can be affected. Too much flour can make it hard and dry, while too much butter, sugar, or liquid can make it soft, oily, or difficult to handle. Using accurate measurements helps you achieve consistent and delicious results every time.

2. Shallow Frying Instead of Deep Frying: Chin chin should be deep-fried in enough hot oil to allow the pieces to float and cook evenly. When you shallow-fry, some parts may cook faster than others, leading to uneven browning and a less crunchy texture.
