ORANGES
Don't Throw Away the Whole Fruit
When you think of oranges, vitamin C probably comes to mind—and for good reason.
One orange provides about 63mg of vitamin C, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium and fiber.
Oranges also contain pectin, a type of dietary fiber.
One important point: while 100% orange juice contains nutrients, whole oranges provide more dietary fiber.
So next time, consider eating the whole fruit instead of only drinking the juice.
