First experience of experiencing “shege “🤣.
We went for a party in Oguta, guys were picking girls to dance with,no one chose to dance with me , I’d given up and my neighbor and friend Ike Irona ( Last Kobo) showed up!😭. He danced with me,ended up walking me home. That was how he realized that I couldn’t walk long distances without pain.
Fast forward to when we opened a joint “ Grubbies”, Last Kobo will come to my house, we will walk to the shop ( through Central school. He was patient with me, a journey of less than 10 minutes, took us 40 minutes. My mom trusted him. He will hold my hand.
To you my brother Last Kobo, mbona inuna🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️. ❤️.

Then, if I had any issues with friends and family, I would be told ….. Tique, nokoro onu, I ma na Ike adidi yi🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Literally….”Tique, you know you are not well🤣🤣🤣.
It dawned on me to help myself.
I told myself that I won’t be bitter, rather I will be positive about life💃💃💃💃💃💃💃.

The woman with the “issue of blood “ acknowledged that she had a problem.
I became aware of my challenges! I acknowledged my situation!
Now living with “ Acquired severe deformity of the right foot “

From my primary school days, I started wearing flip flops.
My parents made sure I was not treated differently.
I was not spared from house chores.
My greatest challenge was filling the big drum. Going to ose ngegwu ( the Oguta lake ),if 8 buckets 🪣 would fill a drum, I’ll will go 16 times ( limping,the water will be half empty by the time I get home)😩.
When I got to boarding / high school, it became more difficult.

I’d done the second surgery that seemed successful 😫.
This was the last time I wore shoes .
In my previous post, I mentioned that Nigerian medical system was more of “ from frying pan to 🔥.
A simple procedure would have saved the situation.
National orthopedic hospital, Enugu ended up damaging the nerves.
My life changed!
Pain. Limitations. Rejection. I was challenged.
Just didn’t know where I’d be…😩
