There are too many AI courses right now.

Some are free. Some are paid.

All promising transformation.

It is okay to start with free. But at some point, you must pay to learn.

Not because information is scarce. But because commitment is.

People ask me often: “What AI course should I take?”

If I had to guide you, I would keep it simple.

Ask these questions before you commit.

➟ Does the course teach the history of AI?

Not surface-level, real context.
You need to understand how we got here to know where this is going.

➟ Does it guarantee industry applicability?

If you cannot use it immediately, you will forget it quickly.
Learning must touch your work.

➟ Is there coaching attached?

Training gives you information. Coaching forces transformation.

Do not confuse the two.

➟ Can the certificate travel?

Your knowledge should not be local.
It should hold weight across borders and industries.

These four filters will save you time, money, and frustration.

And if you want a personal AI coach to walk that path with you, you already know where to find me. The DM is open.

Back to work, you are either an expert or irrelevant.

Today, I started something new.

I am officially migrating to Claude.

Not a big deal for some. But for me, it is.

I have built my entire workflow, strategy, and productivity system on ChatGPT. I mean everything.

So this is not casual curiosity. This is deliberate disruption.

And no, I am not moving because people say “Claude is better.”

I don’t follow noise. I test systems. I am an explorer.

What caught my attention first was that I did not lose my history.

I imported my previous memory from my other AI provider. It was smooth and clean.

Claude even has a structured way to help you rebuild context and continue your work without starting from scratch.

Switching tools is easy. Transferring thinking is not.

As someone building systems for business growth and raising a global community of AI users, I cannot afford loyalty to tools.

Only loyalty to results.

I have to test. I have to break things. I have to rebuild. That is where real insight comes from.

Are you using Claude yet? Or are you still attached to what you started with?

If you want me to walk you through how to actually use these tools for mastery and profit, say the word.

This is not complicated. But it is intentional.

Back to work, you are either an expert or irrelevant.

Over 40,000 tech jobs have disappeared already this year.

Not 4, 40, 400, or 4000.

But 40,000 jobs.

Let that sink in.

The same industry that built AI is now the first to feel its pressure.

The builders are becoming the first test case.

For years we were told AI would disrupt radiologists, lawyers, bankers etc.

True but ironically, software engineers are now among the first to feel the shift.

Many companies are not even hiding it anymore.

Some are restructuring to invest more in AI. Others are building with fewer people because AI can now do what teams used to do.

Tiny startups can now build what once required dozens of engineers.

Agents can write code, test it, and deploy it.

This is not theory anymore. This is happening.

Let me share a few lessons:

➟ No industry is immune.

If tech is adjusting this fast, every profession should pay attention. Comfort is dangerous now.

➟ Your real job is not your title. It is your ability to adapt.

➟ AI will not just replace tasks. It will reward people who understand systems.

➟ Become difficult to replace.

Your depth of thinking, judgment, strategy, and human understanding still matter.

This is not fear talk. This is preparation talk.

The question is no longer if AI will affect your field.

It is when and how ready you will be.

Back to work. You are either an expert or irrelevant.

This is so profound.

Daniel Priestley was asked:

“What are the occupations you genuinely believe wont exist 5 years from now?”

The response is a light bulb moment for many.

Listen and make the right adjustment today.

Adopt these 6 ethical principles when using AI.

Someone told me that they recently started using Meta AI on WhatsApp to get quick answers and ideas.

Then they paused and asked a better question.

“How safe is what I am sharing there?”

That question matters. It is the right question.

This is not just their concern. It is the concern of every serious AI user.

AI is powerful. But power without ethics is dangerous.

If you are using any AI (ChatGPT, Meta AI, Claude, Gemini or any of them), here are basic ethics every user should know:

➟ Do not share sensitive information.

Never input passwords, financial details, confidential documents, or private organizational data.

Convenience should never override wisdom.

➟ Verify before you trust.

AI can be accurate. AI can also be wrong.

Use it as a thinking partner. Not as your final authority.

➟ Respect intellectual property.

Do not copy and paste AI output blindly as your own expertise.

Learn, adapt, understand and then use.

➟ Do not outsource your thinking.

AI should improve your judgment, not replace it.

If you stop thinking, you start depending. That is dangerous.

➟ Be careful what habits you build.

Every time you ask AI instead of learning, you train dependence.

Use it to accelerate learning. Not to escape effort.

➟ Remember the human factor.

Behind every workflow, decision, and output are real people.

Use AI to serve people better. Not to remove responsibility.

AI is not just a skill conversation. It is a character conversation.

How you use it will reveal how you think.

Which of these principles will you apply today?

Here is the truth about coaching.

Especially if I am the one coaching you.

➟ Growth will not be vague. It will be measurable, visible, and real.

➟ You will not get a one-dimensional coach. I show up as a 360 partner.

Strategy when you need direction. Accountability when you need pressure. Clarity when you feel stuck.

➟ You will learn how to integrate AI into your workflow and personal productivity. Not theory but application.

➟ You can expect presence. You can expect availability. You can expect discernment.

Sometimes I will see patterns in your behaviour before you see them yourself. That is part of the work.

➟ If you say you will finish something, expect me to remember. Even when you hope I forget.

➟ Your mistakes stay protected. Confidentiality is not a promise; it is an ethic.

➟ You will get patience to grow. Clarity to understand your path. Recognition when you make progress.

➟ I do not need your quick wins to prove I am competent.

➟ I care more about who you become than what you post.

➟ I choose long-term formation over short-term applause.

If you have not experienced coaching like this, then you are probably not my client yet. Yet it is important.

As long as you live on earth...

Never ever assume that growth will be easy.

As an accountability coach working with selected people this year, I am faced with the challenges of ex*****on.

People really want to excel, but most people assume that growth will come without its peculiar challenges. How they respond to the process says a lot about their assumptions.

A few days ago, my youngest child was "teething". It came with a little fever, and it comes with a bit of inconvenience to him and us.

In the process of growth, those experiences are essential.

They may not be convenient, but it is a necessity.

We will all celebrate the outcome of growth, but the process is painful.

What does that say to you?

➟ Growth is not optional.

➟ Growth will not likely happen on your own terms. This is why structured accountability is important.

➟ Growth will cost you. Time, mental bandwidth, energy, money, etc.

➟ The pain associated with growth is often unpleasant but temporal and has high rewards.

➟ Never abort the process of growth.

I hope these points help somebody to stay on the path of growth.
