We intentionally used the old National Anthem because we wanted to take you back in time. 🇳🇬

Back to a time when the sacrifices, struggles and fights of our heroes past helped shape the Nigeria we have today.

And perhaps, a reminder for all of us:

Truly live.
Leave room for joy.
Stay informed, but don't let ignorance or endless complaining consume you.

Change what you can.
Accept what you cannot.
And never let the things you cannot change steal the joy of living.

Nigeria may not be perfect, but there is still a lot worth celebrating, a lot worth building, and a life worth living.

Happy Independence Day from all of us at UncleReubenGrills. 🇳🇬❤️

We put you first.

Today, we celebrate our Boss, but more than that, we celebrate the man behind the title.

A leader who has invested in people, believed in people, challenged us to grow, and shown us that you can be a Boss and still be family.

The best way to tell the story of a leader is through the people who have experienced his leadership.

So today, we let his people speak — from members of staff to the Senior Management Team.

These are their words. These are their experiences.

Happy Birthday, Boss. Thank you for building UncleReubenGrills, and more importantly, thank you for building people.

Today, we celebrate our Boss — the number one person here at the Grills.

But beyond being our Boss, we celebrate the man behind the title.

The man who cares. The man who gives. The man who sees potential in people and is willing to invest in them. The man who has shown us that leadership is not just about giving instructions, but about carrying people along.

Your love, care, and commitment to uplifting others are things we don't take for granted.

You have led us with grit, determination, patience, and empathy. And through it all, you have continued to remind us that integrity, hard work, and genuine concern for people still matter.

Your vision of building something meaningful, something that puts people first and has integrity at its core, is not just something you talk about anymore. We see it taking shape in us, in this team, and in UncleReubenGrills.

Thank you for being a Boss we can look up to and a person we can feel at home with.

Thank you for making us understand that someone can be your Boss and still be family.

Thank you for the lessons, the opportunities, the corrections, the encouragement, the laughter, and even the moments that challenged us to become better.

You may not always see the impact you have on everyone around you, but we do.

You are exemplary. You are a model worth emulating, and we are genuinely grateful to be part of what you are building.

Thank you for UncleReubenGrills. Thank you for believing in people. Thank you for believing in us.

Today, we celebrate you, Boss.

Happy Birthday. We love and appreciate you.
