To be honest, I don’t even know what to post anymore.
I had plans for June. I wanted to be more consistent, show up more on my socials, talk about my business, and share more of what I do.
But with everything happening around us, my heart has been heavy.
The news is heartbreaking. Families waiting for loved ones who were taken from them. Children living in fear. Mothers crying. Communities mourning. Every day seems to bring another painful story.
Sometimes it feels wrong to carry on as though everything is normal when so many people are hurting.
Today, I just want to pray.
Lord, please comfort every family whose loved ones are still being held captive. Strengthen them in ways only You can. Let those who have been taken return home safely and in peace.
For every family grieving the loss of a loved one, may Your comfort surround them. May those who have passed on find eternal rest in Your mercy.
Father, heal our nation. Protect our children. Let fear, violence, and bloodshed cease in our land. Give wisdom to those in leadership and let peace return to our communities.
Nigeria is hurting, but we hold on to You.
May Your mercy speak for us.
May Your protection cover us.
May better days come again.
