To God be the glory for this new journey.
I’m delighted and humbled to announce my appointment as Zonal Supervisor of the Kubwa/Bwari Zone, Association of Professional Chefs Nigeria (APCN), following the successful handing-over and taking-over meeting held yesterday.
All glory to God for His guidance, and I pray He sees me through this journey of service.
My sincere appreciation goes to our President, Chef Eric, and the Abuja Representative of the President, Chef Ntanta, for the confidence reposed in me. I also thank APCN Abuja as a body for this platform and opportunity to serve.
As I step into this role, my vision is to make Kubwa/Bwari the most active, professional, and united chef community within APCN — where every chef, from apprentice to executive, has the support to grow. My mission rests on five pillars: unity & engagement, capacity building, visibility & advocacy, standards & professionalism, and opportunities for every member.
I look forward to working with my executives and every member of this zone to build something we can all be proud of.

The Association of Professional Chefs Nigeria (APCN) was honoured to attend the Nigeria–China Food Festival 2026, following an invitation from the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR). National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR)

Held at the China Cultural Centre, Abuja, the festival brought together food, people, music and culture in a beautiful celebration of the growing relationship between Nigeria and China.

It was a wonderful opportunity for APCN to witness the rich cultural and culinary exchange, connect with industry stakeholders, and celebrate the diversity that food brings to the world.

We appreciate NIHOTOUR for the invitation and for creating platforms that promote collaboration, cultural exchange and the growth of Nigeria’s hospitality and culinary industry.
