お待たせ致しました。2号店オープンにかかりきりで、しばらくやれてなかったRM5企画再開します。ご存知の通り、この企画は新しいメニューを考案し、インスタグラムのフォロワーさんにRM5でお試し頂き、その評判を元にレギュラー化するかどうかを決めると言う企画です。もちろん、この間に頂いたご意見を採用させて頂き、商品の改善にも使わせていただきます。
今回の新作は北海道味噌ラーメンです。数種類の北海道味噌をブレンドし、それにバターとコーンをのせました。麺は中太ストレート麺を採用しました。コクのあるとても美味しいラーメンになっていると思います。どうぞお試しください。

Sorry for keeping you waiting. We've been busy opening our second store, so we're going to resume the RM5 project, which we haven't been able to do for a while. As you know, this project involves coming up with new menu items, having our Instagram followers try them for RM5, and then deciding whether to make them a regular item based on their feedback. Of course, we'll take the feedback we get during this time into account and use it to improve our products.
Our new product this time is Hokkaido Miso Ramen. We blended several types of Hokkaido miso and topped it with butter and corn. We used medium-thick straight noodles. We think it's a very delicious ramen with a rich flavor. Please give it a try.

実は私共三光堂の姉妹店はlot10にある魚屋海彦なんです。
お客様からアドバイスを頂きました。「飲み放題があるのにラーメン屋のサイドメニューだと飽きる。海彦のメニューを持って来て欲しい。」確かにお客様のおっしゃる通りで、餃子や唐揚げ、メンマやチャーシューなどのメニューはありますが、海彦にある刺身等のさっぱりしたメニューはラインナップしておりませんでした。
毎週日本から直送したお魚を魚屋海彦ではご提供させて頂いておりますが、それを三光堂でもコラボレーションとしてご提供させて頂きます。どうぞ飲み放題プランの肴としてご活用ください。メニュー確定しましたら、またご報告させて頂きます。

In fact, our sister store at Sankodo is Sakanaya Umihiko , located in Lot 10.
We received advice from a customer. "Even though they have all-you-can-drink, I get bored of the side dishes at ramen shops. I want them to bring the Umihiko menu." Indeed, what the customer said was true; they do have menu items like gyoza, fried chicken, Menma, and char siu, but they don't have the lighter dishes like sashimi that Umihiko has in their lineup.
Every week, Sakanaya Umihiko provides fish shipped directly from Japan, and we will also be offering it at Sankodo as a collaboration. Please use it as a side dish to go with your all-you-can-drink plan. We will report back to you once the menu has been finalized.
