100 year old “tiang seri”.

“Tiang seri” is a Malay term referring to the central, main pillar in a traditional Malay house, considered the most important pillar and often associated with the spirit of the house (“semangat rumah”) in Malay cultural beliefs; essentially, it translates to “main pillar” or “pillar of prosperity” in English.

Gunung DatukKetinggian Gunung Datuk adalah 884m (2900 kaki), yang hampir tinggi dengan GunungAngsi yang jaraknya dari Gunung Datuk adalah 22km .Titik permulaan pendakian adalah tidak kurang daripada 80m dari paras laut. Masa yang diambil untuk sampai kepuncak Gunung Datuk selama 2 jam.
