ああ…愛すべきししとう！想像するほど辛くはないですよ…むしろピリッとした胡椒の風味が効いていて、思わずハイボールに手が伸びてしまいます！😉

Ah ... the beloved shish*to! It's not spicy as you'd think it is ... more of a peppery kick that will get you reaching for that highball! 😉

Our chicken liver yakitori is really popular among the Japanese. It's glazed with tare sauce for that sweet and savoury flavour -- really good with warm sake!

当店の親子丼は、まさに“丼の中の癒し”。やわらかい鶏肉と玉ねぎを甘辛いタレで煮込み、溶き卵で仕上げてご飯にのせています。シンプルですが、とても満足感のある一品です！

Our oyakodon is literally comfort in a bowl. Think tender chicken pieces cooked with onions in sweet-savory sauce, finished with beaten egg and served with rice. It's simple but so satisfying!
