Does comfort food have to remind you of home — or can it just as easily stir up sweet memories of travel?

Our bouillabaisse is reminiscent of David’s long-ago travels in the South of France, where he first came across this deep, tomatoey broth, rich with the taste of the sea and hints of ginger, saffron and orange peel. Like his taste memories, we serve ours overflowing with clams, mussels, fish and shrimp.

Watching David’s new Wagyu beef cheek bourguignon come together is doing something to us.

Slow braised for hours till fall-apart tender and flavourful. Served with a deliciously buttery tagliatelle.
