Wednesday 22nd April- moved the smoker to .

Ray was nervous , first time doing a festival / pop up bbq.
Smoking in a brand new smoker that he hadn’t smoked in yet.
Moved our equipments in his truck , 4 trips in total, only cause we didn’t know exactly what we needed .

It started with asking us to join & Ray’s crazy idea of building a smoker for the event , while Daniel & Cresno jumping for joy at Rays crazy idea..

The rest as they say was HISTORY!

3 sold out days!! It was not about revenue it was about community.. we made new friends and family & had friends and family support us .

It was exhausting to have run and event & have our restaurant continue with daily operations. We are so thankful to our team .

Ever so grateful to for this opportunity . Thank you to for allowing and accommodating our smoker.

How do we source our rambutan wood?
We use to have a supplier, but now it’s out of kindness of friends and family, cause rambutan wood is hard to come by . Hit us up if you have a rambutan tree that needs trimming 😍
