Some names are more than just names.
Some places are more than just a kitchen.
They carry memories.
Stories.
Years of hard work, late nights, good food, and the people who were there from the beginning.
This is ours.
Back in 2014, it started as Jacknife Bar & Grill.
Then came the changes.
The chapters changed.
The name changed.
Life moved forward.
Jacknife Bar & Grill became Parsley by Jacknife in 2024.
But one thing never changed, THE PASSION.
The love for food.
The original recipes.
The memories.
And the feeling of creating something we truly believed in.
And now, after all these years…
WE’RE BRINGING JACKNIFE BACK.
Not a rebrand.
Not a new beginning.
Not an attempt to recreate the past.
THIS IS A REAL COMEBACK.
From Jacknife Bar & Grill in 2014, to Parsley by Jacknife in 2024, and now……

Back to our roots.
Back to the name that started it all.
Back to the kitchen.
The years may have changed us.
The journey may have taken us somewhere else.
But the passion never left.
The name is back.
The kitchen is ready.
And the story continues.
