Stopped by Date Cafe recently, and it’s definitely a cozy little spot worth checking out.

The café has a clean, minimalist vibe that’s perfect for a casual date or catching up with friends. Their coffee and desserts are well presented, and the atmosphere is bright, relaxing, and great for photos.

The menu isn’t huge, but it focuses on quality coffee, cakes, and light café meals. Just be prepared for a short wait if you’re visiting on weekends.

A bonus is that it’s just a few minutes from Sky88, making it a convenient stop if you’re in the area.

Will definitely be coming back! 🤍

周末去试了一下，整体来说就是中规中矩。

环境真的很有古色古香的感觉，毕竟就在新山市中心的老街，吃点心的氛围还蛮不错。🏮

至于口味方面，我个人觉得整体偏咸一点，没有特别惊艳，但也不算踩雷。

如果刚好来 JB 老街逛逛，可以顺便来试试看，看看合不合你的口味。😊

Visited over the weekend, and overall I’d say it was pretty decent—nothing mind-blowing, but not disappointing either.

The ambience is definitely the highlight. It’s located right in the heart of JB Old Town, with a charming, traditional vibe that makes the dining experience more enjoyable.

As for the food, I personally found it a little on the salty side. Other than that, it was a pleasant meal.

If you’re exploring the old town, it’s worth stopping by and giving it a try!

Tried out The Early Bird Taman Melodies Cafe recently ☕✨

Overall, quite a nice spot with a cozy vibe and good food, though slightly on the pricier side the matcha was RM21 🤭

I also ordered the Pistachio Soufflé. It was pretty good, soft and fluffy, but a little too sweet for my liking.

Still, it’s a great place if you’re looking for a hearty meal and a chill café to hang out in JB!

其实我们3点才刚吃完午餐
本来只是想来喝咖啡＋吃甜点☕️

结果一进去看menu
选择不算很多，就随便点几样试试～

👉 味道：有水准👍
👉 价格：偏高一点
👉 环境：很好拍✨（加分）

整体比较偏「氛围型 cafe」

第二站（7PM）
👉 Niki Japanese Restaurant

这家直接反差感很强👇

✔️ 价格亲民
✔️ 吃起来很轻盈🍱

如果是来吃正餐，我会更推荐这间👍

第三站（甜品收尾）
👉 Xin Dessert

甜品控直接会爱上🍨
种类多，而且不容易踩雷
