Our next edition of Four Hands again features Folia’s Head Chef Wei Chen with Chef Fredric from Singapore for a one night partnership 🌿 Differing from their first collaboration, Peranakan 2.0 celebrates diverse flavours through modern technique and local farm-to-table produce.

Expect kerabu with bite, sambal with depth, laksa reimagined, and dishes that present familiar flavours through new lens.
