NOTICE

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to a telephone line failure at our restaurant, Telekom technicians came for inspection and found that the underground Telekom cables in front of several neighboring shops had been stolen, causing serious disruption to our phone lines.

In addition, the main telephone control box is located inside one of the neighboring shops. However, since 1st May 2026 was a public holiday, we were unable to contact the shop owner, and the technicians could not gain access for repair work. As a result, the repair process has been delayed.

At present, Gaia Restaurant has no Wi-Fi service, and the following two telephone numbers are temporarily unavailable:

03-9074 7202

At the same time, GrabFood Delivery orders are also temporarily unavailable.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

We are actively following up on this matter and will restore normal service as soon as possible.

由于本店电话线路发生故障，Telekom维修人员前来检查后发现，隔壁几间店铺前的Telekom地下电缆已被偷走，导致电话线路严重受影响。

此外，电话总控制箱设在其中一间店铺内，但因2026年5月1日为公共假期，暂时无法联络到该店店主，维修人员无法进入进行检修，因此修复工作被迫延迟。

目前，Gaia Restaurant 暂时没有 Wi-Fi 服务，以下两个电话号码也暂时无法使用：

同时，GrabFood Delivery 暂时也无法正常接单，给大家带来诸多不便，敬请见谅。
