Ragi opens with manuka honey and ends low and wide. Taiping runs darker: chocolate, dried fruit, a little clove. Both sit deeper in the cup than any arabica we roast.

They grow without synthetic inputs, the way they always have. We visit the farms, we check the practice, and we stand behind it.
