5. NO REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES allowed. Purchase at your own risk!

6. Payments must be settled through Maybank or CIMB Bank.

7. We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE in damages or losses upon delivery, during shipment.

8. STRICTLY NO CODS. Emails regarding to CODs will NOT be entertained.

9. POSTAGE IS DONE EVERY THURSDAY(KHAMIS) AND FRIDAY(JUMAAT).

10. FULL REFUNDS will be made if any items are not restockable.

11. After payment, we take 2-3 working days to proceed your orders, informations regarding to when your parcel will be posted out will be provided after acknowledgement of receipt via email. Restock Items usually takes approximately 14working days. We delete pictures of SOLD OUT items for easy viewing purpose.

12. We shall consider the deal is closed once we have posted out your parcel. As such, no further enquiries (regarding to postages or any other enquiries) shall be entertained.
